My Argos Card App - Contact Us


The My Argos Card App is available on Android and iOS devices. It's optimised to work with the latest versions of those operating systems so if you're having trouble accessing the app then here's a few things to try before you contact us:

  • Make sure that your operating system is up-to-date.
  • If you've already downloaded and used the app before but you're suddenly having trouble getting access, check your app store (Google Play or App Store depending on your OS) and check if there's any update available.
  • Make sure that you have a good network connection - the app may not work very well when there is little-to-no network availability.
  • If your device is rooted (Android) or jailbroken (iOS) there may be some security conflicts preventing the app from working.
  • As a very last resort, try deleting then re-downloading the app.
